The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities.

The lack of proper air conditioning was a major issue, especially during the unusually hot Christmas period. The room became unbearably hot, and the staff's suggestion to wait for the temperature to drop was not a satisfactory solution.

Good location and easy to find, check in process was efficient and so was check out.

Room needed a lot more cleaning, pretty dusty with old coffee in the pot and cold pizza in the fridge from previous occupants. Would expect a far better standard of basic cleaning and room preparation. Reported to front desk, hopefully they will take

    Location

The beds were uncomfortable, neighbors were rowdy, and shower temperature kept fluctuating. For all three days we stayed there whenever we would shower the water temperature would constantly go from freezing to burning.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was great! The well-lit bathroom mirror was a nice touch. The location was convenient and close to the town site. We loved being able to step out onto our balcony to enjoy the mountain view. The Coffee Shop "Wicked" next door was awesome. The receptionist was extremely helpful and provided us with great recommendations for dining and activities, including a must-visit spot called Old Fort Point. The facilities were fantastic, especially the fully equipped kitchen in our 2-bedroom suite. The pool and hot tub had towels available and the staff were always helpful.

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The room at Maligne Lodge was surprisingly spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with shops and main streets just a short walk away. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, providing a map and answering all of my questions about the area. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

location to town and rate was good.

room could have been cleaner. 2 nights and we had to switch rooms for the second night. the second room was not clean, TV was broken and in poor condition. cleaning staff opened the door at 7am and startled us. my visitors were not impressed, I had stayed there earlier and it was better so this trip was disappointing.

Staff was very good; free computer use was a plus as I couldn't connect iphone to wifi.

Furnishings were fairly new, but the structure was old; we heard every conversation next door and everyone walking around us. There had to be something covering the mattress as everytime you moved it made a loud noise. Breakfast was overpriced for the selection, and you couldn't charge ti to your room.I thought the condition of the room did not meet the per night charge.

My recent stay at Maligne Lodge was enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and excellent service.

Location was very convenient to the shopping areas, easy to find, staff was very quick & responsive to our questions & requests...nice to have a pool & hottub available as well

The only plus would've been if a breakfast was included in the cost....as that is just another convenience that I enjoy personally...not to have to go elsewhere to eat & then back to the room to get organized for the day

The room was clean and roomy.

The breakfast was expensive for what was available, it should made available to the online reservation for a small up charge and make available to everyone.
